DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC (OZORO) POST UTME 2012/2013 REGISTRATION IS ON, EXAM STARTS ON 27TH JULY

this is to inform the student of the motioned school The Delta state Polytechnic, Ozoro, will conduct the 2012/2013 post-utme exercise for her successful UTME candidates who chose the institution as their first or second choice. The post-utme screening test has been scheduled to begin on the 27th to 28th of July,2012.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
- Candidates for the examination must have selected the Institution in the 2012/2013 JAMB-UTME.
- Candidates must have obtain a minimum score of 160 at the JAMB-UTME examination.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Candidates who did not select the institution but obtain the 160 mark, and wish to study in the institution can also apply.

METHOD OF APPLICATION For DELTA STATE POLYTECHNIC POST UTME TEST
1. Eligible Candidates who will be participating in the Screening test, are all required to obtain a scratch card at any branch of main street bank nationwide or pay into any of the designated banks below:
* First bank,
* unity bank or
* I.C Global Micro finance bank OZORO BRANCH ONLY.



Delta State Polytechnic Post Utme Form can be purchase at the rate of N2,000 (Two thousand naira only)

3. When the page has finished loading, Create a unique username that you can remember and save it on your mobile phone and file.
4. Enter your full name and your scratch card pin number

5. Complete the online application form

6. Then Print out the completed form for reference purpose

All Eligible candidates are to submit the following documents to the admission office after the post-utme screening test.
- Five (5) recent passport photographs.
- Two (2) photocopies of the following credentials:
- Examination result listed in the Application Form
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Teller for the purchase of Post-UTME Application Form
- Two copies of your on-line Application form

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS FOR THE EXERCISE
candidates are to come to the screening hall with a copy of the following items:
1. original and a photocopy of the acknowledgement card
2. original of payment receipt
3. four figure table and HB pencil
